Following the initiative by the European Hyperloop Center and EuroTube at the start of 2024, the Institute of Hyperloop Technology has now joined the European Hyperloop Testing Infrastructure Cluster. The collaboration of organizations in Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland is coordinated by the Hyperloop Development Program. By joining forces its objective is to significantly accelerate progress toward the realization of sustainable high-speed transportation systems across Europe.
Letter of Intent
In a Letter of Intent (LoI) signed by the Hyperloop Development Program, the European Hyperloop Center, EuroTube, and the Institute of Hyperloop Technology – part of the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer – a clear commitment has been made to support the further establishment of a testing cluster to advance research and development in hyperloop technology.
